Shipping policy

For domestic U.S. orders, delivery typically ranges from 3–7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.

International shipping is available worldwide. Delivery times generally range from 7–21 business days depending on your destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your tracking information within three days of placing your order, please contact us at info@bicalhoswim.com.

Bicalho Swim is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. For delivery issues or missing packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
