How do I care for my swimwear?

To preserve the quality of your swimwear, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid wringing, twisting, soaking, or using fabric softeners. Lay flat to dry and keep away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not tumble dry.

What sizes do your swimwear come in?

Our swimwear is available in sizes S–L. Our silhouettes follow authentic Brazilian cuts, which may run smaller than standard international sizing. For the best fit, please refer to our Size Guide and compare your bust, waist, and hip measurements with our chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Additional sizing will be introduced in future productions.

What materials are your swimsuits made from?

Each piece is crafted in Brazil using a refined trilobal stretch fabric with elastane blend designed for comfort, durability, and a smooth sculpting fit.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my swimwear?

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Refunds and exchanges are not offered. To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact, free from stains, residue, or odors. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender without store credit. To begin a return, please email info@bicalhoswim.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
