Returns For Store Credit Policy
At Bicalho Swim, we accept returns for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of swimwear and our strict hygiene and product integrity standards, we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and hygienic liners fully intact. Returned pieces must arrive free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, residue, stretching, odors, or any signs of wear. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the sender without store credit.
All returned items undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival. Bicalho Swim reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet our quality or hygiene requirements. As a small-batch brand, we cannot restock pieces once they leave our studio, which is why refunds and exchanges are not offered.
To initiate a return for store credit, please email info@bicalhoswim.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
